Fertilizer Pesticide Technician
$50,000-$85,000/year
Executive Landscaping is seeking a full-time, experienced and licensed fertilizer/pesticide technician. Technician will be responsible for the application of controlled materials to residential and commercial properties. Monday through Friday, Saturdays may be required during peak times.
Qualifications:
-
- MA Applicator Core License.
- 3-5 years experience in related field.
- Valid MA driver’s license with good driving history.
- Customer service skills and desire to expand the customer base.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 60 lbs consistently.
- Goal oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Plant health care experience is considered a bonus.
- English fluent.

Fine Gardener
$30-$40/hour
Executive Landscaping is looking to add experienced horticulture team members. This person should possess a strong background in the horticulture industry with a minimum of two years’ gardening experience. They will be responsible for the care of woody, perennial, and annual plants as well as hand pruning of shrubs and small trees. The right candidate would have excellent communication skills and be able to build lasting relationships with our clients to learn about their tastes & preferences.

Landscape Mason
$30-$50/hour
Executive Landscaping is looking to add an experienced mason to our construction staff.
Qualifications:

- Applicant needs to have the knowledge and skills to perform wet and dry laid masonry projects, working with all types of stone and hardscape materials.
- Prior masonry and construction experience is required.
- Ability to work within a team environment, but occasionally alone.
- Attention to detail and safe working habits are required.

Landscape Laborer

Irrigation / Lighting Technician
$30-$45 / hour
Executive Landscaping is seeking to grow our irrigation team and is currently looking to hire an irrigation technician to assist with the care of high-end properties located throughout the mid-cape region.
Ideal candidate is experienced in irrigation system seasonal service (spring startup, seasonal adjustments, winterization) as well as maintenance/repair and new system installation. Capable of installing and repairing low-voltage lighting. Fluent in English.

Assistant Construction Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager is a support role, aiding the Construction Operations Manager in the running of the division’s landscape construction projects. As the Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for the internal processes of construction projects including documentation, scheduling and budget management, subcontractor management, material ordering, and the financial performance of each project. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, organized go-getter, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
Qualifications:

- Experiences in landscape construction.
- Excellence in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to collaborate and build strong working relationships with clients, coworkers, vendors and partners.
- Experienced using Microsoft Office and computer use. Knowledge of the LMN software is helpful but not required.
- Proficient in reading and understanding construction plans
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and adapt to a changing environment as needed.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- English fluent.

Maintenance Foreman
$28-$35/hour
Executive Landscaping is looking to add experienced maintenance leaders to our team. Responsibilities include Spring & fall clean ups, mowing with commercial mowers, string trimming, pruning/hedge trimming, mulching, planting, new lawn installations, snow services, and equipment upkeep and maintenance.
Qualifications:

- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Organized, detail oriented, self-driven.
- Ability to manage a team to ensure timely and neat completion of the job.
- Willingness to teach others to improve the quality of work by the team.

- 3 years previous landscaping and mowing experience.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Ability to drive trucks with equipment trailers.
- Medical DOT card or the ability to obtain one.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish is considered a bonus.
